Peanut Butter and Jelly Fruit RollsNovember is National Peanut Butter Month. Here’s an easy and fun snack your kids can help with, which gives them protein and fruit, without added sugar.

Peanut Butter and Fruit Rolls

Peanut butter and fruit rolls is a healthy and fun snack kids and adults will enjoy making and eating.
Ingredients
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread, crust removed
  • 1 Tbsp. organic peanut butter
  • 1½ tsp. sugar-free jam or jelly
  • 2 tsp. crushed peanuts or coconut
Instructions
  1. With a rolling pin or glass, completely flatten bread.
  2. Evenly spread peanut butter and 1 teaspoon fruit spread on flattened bread and then roll up to make a pinwheel.
  3. Spread remaining ½ teaspoon of fruit spread over outside of the pinwheel.
  4. Dip pinwheels into peanuts or coconut.
  5. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
