Quick Hot Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 cans of DRAINED diced tomatoes with green chiles ( Rotel is a good
  • brand)
  • 1 handful or less of fresh cilantro (depending on how well you like the taste of cilantro)
  • ½ medium white onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 Tbs sea salt
Instructions
  1. In a blender place all ingredients and blend to the consistency you want.
Notes
If you have a powerful blender such as the [amazon_link id="B008MOHKJA" target="_blank" container="" container_class="" ]Health Master[/amazon_link] or [amazon_link id="B004G53V7O" target="_blank" container="" container_class="" ]Vitamix[/amazon_link], use the pulse setting or it can be too watery. Blending is very quick, so don't over blend! Once you make this hot sauce, you may want to adjust the amounts of the ingredients to suit your family's tastes. Also, if it is too spicy, try adding spinach. Spinach won't add to the taste but will help decrease the heat.
