Fruit and Spinach Smoothie for Kids

½ cup water 1 cup of spinach 2 mandarin oranges 8 strawberries 2 kiwifruit 1½ Tablespoons stevia (or 3 packets) 1 cup ice Put all ingredients into blender, beginning with water and ending with ice. Start blender on slow and then increase to highest speed until all ingredients become a smooth consistency. Pour into glass and enjoy! Serving size: 8 oz Calories: 98 Fat: 1 Carbohydrates: 24 Sugar: 16 Fiber: 5 Protein: 2
