Baked Chicken with Homemade Low Calorie Barbecue Sauce

This barbecued chicken is a yummy and healthy alternative to traditional barbecued chicken with a sugary store-bought barbecue sauce.
Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • canola or olive oil cooking spray
  • 9" x 13" baking pan or casserole dish
  • Homemade Low Calorie Barbeque Sauce
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Brush barbecue sauce on both sides of chicken.
  3. Place chicken in pan or casserole dish and put in oven.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes and then flip chicken.
  5. Continue baking chicken for another 20-25 minutes, or until done (watch carefully not to overcook).
