Low Calorie Barbecue Sauce

- 4 minced garlic cloves
- ½ cup minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons stevia
- 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 5-ounce can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons Colgin's Liquid Smoke
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon of organic honey (optional)
- In medium skillet, heat olive oil on medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and onions. Cook until onions become opaque.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Enjoy!
This wil keep in the refrigerator for several days.
