Healthy Breakfast Protein Smoothie

The best way to decide what to put in a smoothie is to go by what fruits and vegetables you have on hand, or need to use before they go bad. Adding protein powder is a great way to get your daily protein in and feel full longer.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup of water
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup of grapes
  • 10 baby carrots
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of pea protein powder
  • 1 cup of ice
  • liquid stevia
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into blender, except for stevia (in order, ending with ice)
  2. Blend on low speed for about 10 seconds, then increase speed to highest speed for about 45 seconds, or until smooth.
  3. When done, taste. Add stevia to achieve desired sweetness.
