Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

- 3 bell peppers
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1½ lbs chicken breast (Washed off and fat removed.)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1½ Tbsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- lime juice
- tortillas
- low-fat shredded cheese
- hot sauce
- Slice veggies.
- Place veggies at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Add chicken breast.
- Add chicken broth.
- Sprinkle on seasoning to cover the top of the chicken.
- Squart lime juice on top.
- Cook on low 8 hours or on high 4 to 6 hours.
- Shred meat.
- Place chicken and veggies in tortilla, sprinkle on cheese, and add some hot sauce.
- Enjoy your budget friendly and healthy chicken fajitas.
When I am sick, I like to add extra broth to make soup with.
You can also add garlic and paprika to the seasonings.
