Low Calorie Barbecue Sauce

This is an easy sweet and tangy barbecue sauce using stevia, instead of sugar. Enjoy!
Ingredients
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • ½ cup minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons stevia
  • 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 5-ounce can tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Colgin's Liquid Smoke
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon of organic honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. In medium skillet, heat olive oil on medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and onions. Cook until onions become opaque.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Enjoy!
Notes
This wil keep in the refrigerator for several days.

Absolutely hilarious. Your dog is a trip! Have you ever read “Dress your family in corduroy and denim”? There is a hilarious (but also totally off-putting) bit in one of the stories about how David Sedaris’ brother trained his dogs to eat each other’s crap. And he found this out on the beach after his sister’s weiddng.Reaidng this, it sounds like your dog was cut of similar cloth.
