I love spaghetti, but I don’t get to eat it much, since my husband refuses to eat spaghetti sauce, or any other sauce with tomatoes. Instead he loves garlic butter sauce, but I decided to try using olive oil instead of butter, to keep the recipe a little healthier.
- ½ package of spaghetti
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Fresh parsley
- Cook spaghetti.
- In a skillet combine olive oil, garlic, and red pepper. Cook on Medium-high for about 2 minutes.
- When pasta is done, combine with sauce and sprinkle parsley on top.
